  • IF ONLY I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. Nothing about this store is "American." They don't deserve the title. We waited two months for couches that STILL are not being delivered because of a "warehouse issue that isn't their fault." Instead of blaming other parts of your company how about owning up to your fault and offering some customer service?? We drove all the way from ocotillo to Gilbert to talk with a manager after getting no where with customer service on the phone. We asked for a manager at the store and the sales rep called customer service. So we drove all the way out here to talk to someone on the phone AGAIN and get nothing resolved. I will never shop here again and I suggest you all stay away as well.
