  • My husband booked a vacation months ago for us and our 15 month old daughter. He loves this property and couldn't wait to take us. The property is pretty awesome & everyone is sweet. The front desk girl was ok. The guy who took us to our room was awesome. And the maintenance guy was the best (if I could remember his name, I'd give him a shoutout)! We had a few glitches that were annoying, but honestly, everything ended being taken care of and in a very good way (thank you maintenance friend and manager Chris!) and for that, we will definitely come back. We ended up feeling really good about the way we were taken care of. Quick note about the spa - I enjoyed my massage, Jane was great! I'm not sure if most people get tours or not, but I think a little tour of the facility would be nice, just because you wouldn't know everything available to you. Next time, I'll spend longer there!
