  • I just called to find out about how the process works. They told me I had to come in to pick up a brochure to see what I was getting into, but the owner sets the prices and the "seller" - the person consiginng with Seconds City - gets 25% of the sale price. In addition, the seller has to bring the furniture there. For me, I have to rent a truck to bring what I have, so after they sell it, it could cost me money. Seems like a bad deal. Not to mention, the person on the phone did not seem to care about customer service.
