During a recent visit to get my alternator fixed; when I picked up my car I encountered an unexplained issue with the car. To my surprise, I discovered a new issue with the car. At first, I was told it was related to the alternator which it was not reported to me.
The manager was very understanding of my position. Having a long history with Lexus all repairs were covered at their expense. Based upon this incident, they continued to earn my business because they did the right thing. It was a positive response, they showed me integrity and ethics.
