  • I was told by a dealership that I needed a new power steering pump. McDermott's quoted me a price of almost half what it would cost at the dealership. I scheduled an appointment to have the work completed and when I picked up the vehicle they found that I did NOT need a new pump but just a new O-ring. It cost me about $100 instead of close to $300. They could have easily done the pump instead, but were honest about it when they found out our pump was fine. I'll be taking our vehicles there from now on.
