I have to say that while I've never had a problem with the dry cleaning, they have the WORST customer service I have experienced in possibly years. After trying this place out since moving into the neighborhood a couple of months ago, I'm finally throwing in the towel after yesterday's pick-up.
It goes something like this, you walk in, no one says a word to you except how many shirts. They hand you your ticket. The end. You come back no one says one word (no hello, no may I help you, I mean NOTHING) and begrudgingly holds a hand out to take your ticket. Debit or credit I am asked. Debit, I say. Then the girl literally looks the other way to talk to another girl, takes my receipt out of the machine and stands there holding my card and receipt out (without ever looking at me) about two feet away. She could not be inconvenienced to take two steps to even bring me my receipt...I don't bother to wait for the thank you that never comes. Ever. Not once has anyone here greeted me or said thank you or have I ever felt like there was any care about the customer.
I cannot tell you how much I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place enough simply based on the ridiculous lack of service and completely unfriendly vibe. I tried supporting a local business but man, I give up. I am genuinely stunned that they have stayed in business for as long as they have because their front desk employees suck.
