  • Purolator must be one of the worst companies there is. They have to do one thing (which is delivering parcels) and they just won't do it. There is no point in writing a positive review here because you got a package delivered at some point. I'm not saying they never ever deliver, I just say they generally don't. Then they send you messages pretending they showed up at your door when they didn't. Then you have to drive to some location near an airport to find your stuff. It's a fn nightmare to deal with Purolator.
