  • DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM SEARS!!!! I ordered a TV (refurbished). The only selection I had was to pick it up in the Chandler location, even tho that is 55 miles from my home I was willing. I called the customer service to see if I could pick it up and she informed me that it was being delivered to the store. I thought that was weird because I would have paid to have it delivered to my home but oh well. She said they would send to me an email when it is ready to pick up. Then the next day I get an email that it is no longer available. My order was cancelled because the tv was not available. WHAT??? why didn't the rep tell me this and why was it online to purchase if it was not going to be available. What is Sears promising?? I would have gone somewhere else to buy the TV but they have wasted my time. Do Not put your trust in Sears to get you what you are trying to pay for!!
