Pretty much like every other Tim Horton's you will visit, but usually always lined up with the downtown business crowd. The good thing is that the line usually moves pretty fast, as they seem to have a good number of staff on shift most of the time. This is nice, because when I visit this location I'm usually in a rush to get somewhere and just looking to grab a quick coffee or sandwich.
They do have some seating and there are also benches in the office building for relaxing with your food/drink. Also, this location is super handy during the Stampede Parade, but definitely very busy! But, that's to be expected.
