  • Very bad quality! Bought a sectional just over a year ago and had to have them out three times to fix. Springs popping out and couch is sagging. Now we we are out of warranty so no way to fix. What a waste of $800! I have a couch bought from big lots that have out lasted this piece of crap. Highly disappointed and will NEVER go back.
