Having spent a few months in France, this place was underwhelming by comparison. It is true that they have a very wide assortment of baked goods. Some of the less traditional things have the bread flavor unpleasantly overwhelmed by additions (ie the seeded mini-rolls). I had my favorite item, the Baguette Levain, and it was passable but not great---the texture was a bit chewy at the expense of the crust, and the flavor seemed to value sour over depth.
