  • First of all, if you're on a budget this is not the place for you to go. It is relatively expensive. When I arrived here at my appointment, I was told to leave and come back again in 10 minutes by the Belarusian woman who works here. I was honestly offended by this. I've been to hundreds of hair salons in North America and none of them has ever asked me to leave when I'm on time for my appointment. So, I ignored the rude remark and just quietly sat on the super uncomfortable and ugly chair they have in the corner, decorated with cheap fake white fur. The Belarusian woman told me that she will do my hair first and the Persian woman will do my eyebrows. It's pretty common sense that you don't lie down over a recently coiffed hair, especially if it will cost you $60. After I declined, they suggested to wash my hair first at least. So, I had to clarify that I have no intention of mixing the two works together and for the 4th time I explained that I don't like their idea. It was very apparent that they didn't care about the customer and just wanted to speed things up so they could go for lunch! I hate writing bad reviews, but I have to be honest. The Persian lady with red hair did a good job with my eyebrows. After I told her that I was not happy with the styling and that I wanted her to spend more time on me, she did so. So, I left the place happy with my hair but unfortunately, couldn't forget how I was treated earlier.
