  • Avoid. Avoid. Avoid at all costs. Stay away. Terrible, horrible, abysmal . My wife followed their recommendation transitioning from a Galaxy to a Galaxy as opposed to an iPhone because she was told the data would transfer more easily. They fail to transfer an entire folder of photographs then blamed her saying she told them it was okay to wipe her old phone. No one looks out for you. Customer service does not exist. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
