  • Office staff is rude!! The woman I talked to on the phone talked to me like an idiot. All I was trying to do was make an appointment for my daughter. I didn't even make the appointment. I was insulted by the woman's tone of voice and hung up. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Good job, you guys just lost a family with a lot of food allergies and asthma issues. Hire some new office staff that know how to be courteous and helpful on the phone not rude and condescending!
