  • Just like you don't know who your friends are until you need them, just as you don't know great customer service until there is a problem. Well, I had a problem after getting an oil change and fully expected Jiffy Lube to not presume any position of accountability. To my surprise, Clyde the manager made things right and was very professional. After fixing the problem at no charge, he explained to me what might be wrong should the problem persist and gave me some tips on good mechanics nearbye. Well, it seems the problem is in fact resolved. Thanks Clyde. I decided to download yelp and give a good review because this level of great service is so rare. Frickin awesome.
