  • Total criminals. They install the wrong equipment and overcharge, they do not honor workmanship or warranty. Their field tech Patrick is a total shark and a liar, tried to charge for the eyes, openers, etc. scammers. Their company goes by 5 different names, the employees all claim to be the owner or owners son, etc. Here I am, 18 months later, door won't open, the spring coil is totally inappropriate for the door. Yeah, they'll fix it, but for an outrageous service call fee. Please save your money, avoid these jokers.
