  • Great service! I had a broken front door lock. The tech came out within 30 minutes of my call, diagnosed the problem and put in a new lock. The tech was fast, efficient, and friendly. Also, the price was very reasonable. I felt that the tech was very fair on the price. This business puts a priority on customer service and building long-term customer relationships. I sense it's more important to them than short-term profit. I will definitely use Master Lock & Security in the future for any locksmith needs.
