  • Horrible owners... they give Massage Envy a bad name. There are a few wonderful, knowledgable, and caring therapists who just seem stuck there, because they love their regular clients so much.. but they deserve better. These few good therapists are the only things keeping this place in business and they are treated like they're totally replaceable.. it's sad. The other therapists come in strung out and give horrible massages. The estheticians are rarely given the right supplies(or enough supplies) and their equipment is always broken.. they have to use tissues(WITHOUT GLOVES,YUCK) for extractions.. idk how they can even do their job. The place is always in complete chaos and nothing ever gets fixed or replaced. Poor training. Poor organization. They go through managers like crazzyyyyy!!!! I think they went through about 6+ managers in less than 3 years. The turn over rate for LMTs and front desk associates is insane too.. a lot of them just leave this place. The membership program is a rip off. They'll also frequently mess up your appointment.. the list goes on and on and ON!!! If you come here you MIGHT get a good massage and they MIGHT get your appointment time and day correct. Good luck.. :/
