  • In Vegas, it seems like the benchmark is Monta Ramen on Spring Mt. so I'm going to review this place in comparison. 1. Environment: with plenty of room and vaulted ceilings the environment is very nice. 2. Service: I didn't request for a lot and I don't have complaints 3. Soup base: I actually like the soup here more. The flavor of the Tonkotsu was more subtle and not as overbearing with the salt. 4. Noodles: It tastes store bought, nothing special. 5. Chashu pork: Compared to Monta, unremarkable. It was a bit course and flavorless in comparison. 6. Price: 1 bowl of Ramen with 2 toppings was $11 Overall, I will come back again. It's a good lunch spot on this side of town.
