  • Be careful when ordering online through this company. I ordered a bouquet of flowers online for my Mom's birthday. They called me two days later to say that I was flagged & the information I provided online was false and i was committing fraud. I don't know where they got this from. I have used the same information to purchase online and i never encountered a problem. I emailed and called several times to the business but they kept on blaming me. The person i was talking/emailing would not provide their name. I called my credit card company they said that Floral Diva has processed my order and I was charged for the flowers. I obviously disputed this charge since I cancelled my order & no flowers were delivered. I ordered from another florist with no issues.
