  • My wife and I just returned from a weekend here at this hotel and it was disappointing. To start with, we know it's Vegas and we tend to focus less on the little things and more on the general stay as a whole. That said, this is not going to go down as one of our favorite hotels by any means. To start with, the hotel is so massive that they really need to refine their signage. There is far too much looping around only to end up where you started and that is purely due to very poor directional signage. It's not going to be perfect but it's not effective at all and you get led astray easily. This is coming from a person who has stayed in almost every major hotel in Las Vegas. As far as the rooms are concerned, when we arrived, I always check to see if there are things missing from the mini-bar or fridge that we are going to get dinged for and sure enough, there was a missing Smart Water and a bag of M&M's that the housekeeping team missed re-stocking. I mean, how hard is it not to see a tall Smart Water that isn't there when you are prepping a room for a new guest? The hot water is terrible here. It's the worst I have seen in Vegas. At two separate times(Saturday at 6pm and Sunday at 1pm) there was no hot water for at least 15 minutes. That's just ridiculous and inexcusable. The beds were fine and the room stayed dark which is always a plus in this town if you are a late riser. When we checked out, of course there are two charges for....drum roll please: Smart Water and M&M;s. They took them off but it's just an annoyance that was caused by an employee who doesn't know how to do their job. Those were the main points that made the stay underwhelming.
