  • Fuck this company and every thing they stand for. They are so fast to take your money, but when you need to report a problem you can't even call them up, or do a live chat issue. They script your issues on their website, so that anything that is out of their scope of an issue will not be handle. Your company has been in the international news before for your lack of profession ism, and I will make sure that continues to stand. Your new feature on your app does not work for scheduling a ride in the future. You sent me a diver, when i was not ready and could not leave. Then charged me for the ride and also for the cancellation fee. I was trying to get in contact with your company when all this was happening, But no your fucking company is the worst and likes to rip off individuals, providing no support for the millions of people that use your service daily. Now imagine if 10 percent of your users experience as I did today, and your company would be going down the drain. Fuck you guys for real. Lyft moving forward in the future.
