  • Was looking for a new place to board my babies for a little cheaper than what I have been paying.. I originally called and received a quote for both of my animals for a 30 day package at $1209 for the four star treatment.. I ended up finding someone to watch one of my dogs and called back to receive a quote for one dog for $30 days and received a quote of $1400 at the four star rate. She said that wasn't even included the daily fee.. I'm confused as to how it is cheaper one day for TWO animals and another quoted me a much higher price for just ONE animal. Autumn was the one assisting me, and seemed indifferent to my confusion. She couldn't care less. Astounding to lose a client before you even start who occasionally boards for a MONTH over something as trivial as employee inconsistency. Insane.
