  • I give this place a ZERO = 0 The party room they booked me in was dirty and never cleaned, the mini cosmo bowling i booked didnt work and the kids did nothing for the second activity. i got no apologies about this or status if it was ever going to get fixed. ive asked for water for me and my guests several times and didnt get til the last 30mins of my party. all the staff there were kids and they didnt care about quality or customer satisfaction. the host assigned to me did nothing. He' supposed to help serve food and drinks to the kids...he was alway MIA. he never brought the supplies in time. Poor kid didnt get proper training or he was just not into working and working on a saturday! the cosmic golf smelled like dirty laundry. i wrote a long letter to the company with details of my experience and i still havent gotten a response from them. i booked my son' party back in March 31 with 17 kids. ive booked tons of venue for bday parties having three kids - this is by far the worst place i have ever been. i will not be recommending this place to anyone. they charge so much to use the facility and you get crap service and quality. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!
