  • So this morning I had a seven an appointment to get an oil change, I had called to set this up 3 days before. On arrival I was told I would have to wait, they had taken two people before me. I was dumbfounded and the guy working continued to make excuses. I've come here for two years because they do a good job for oil changes and are affordable. Suffice to say they always tell me I need something fixed when I actually don't, I've vetted those things with my family mechanic and nothing they've ever suggested has ever needed to be done. In any case I've only gone for oil changes. I could put up with this place and all the bogus recommendations for an oil change that's affordable but when I take time out of my day for an appointment... And I'm told I would have to wait another hour and a half... That's absurd. Terrible customer service will not be back and will be telling everyone I know to stay clear.
