  • Very unfriendly staff at the front counter. She's an older lady and looks like a grouch and not happy to be there working. We walked in today to order our donuts and she doesn't even smile and greet customers good morning. And this is the second time she helped us. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming. If you can't smile lady, you might as well hide behind the counter and advice customers to go through the drive thru.
