  • CROOKS!!! They give you a quote and end up buying parts that are up to 5x the estimated quote without notifying or getting an okay from the customer. This is after I had gone into the office several times to make sure they understood what I expected from them. Then, after questioning them, they yell at you and say you are obligated to pay for the parts or pay a restocking fee. And then, after asking for your check back, your paperwork is not in the office and they don't have any checks on hand. Bad business all around especially since they do not return calls when they say they will or make any effort to notify the customer of higher than quoted prices! I would NOT refer anyone to take their vehicle here!
