  • DO NOT EVER CONSIDER MOVING HERE! Roaches are coming from inside the sewage system, no matter how hard we try to keep the place clean, they will not go away! Don't even get me started on the management and maintenance team. Our fridge had started making weird extremely loud noises, we reported that about 5 times, & we were called liars by the maintenance team because when they came to do "maintenance" it was not making the noise at that exact moment so to them nothing was wrong. Finally the motor went out and our food started to spoil & still, after the 3rd or 4th complaint, they went to go "fix" it. (It's still leaking water everywhere) not to mention, the guy who came to do the job had major attitude. Now.. the neighbors, are a MESS. (Not all, but most) tweakers everywhere!!! On multiple occasions we've had randoms knocking on our door at odd hours of the night and throwing rocks into our balcony, looking for who knows? we moved from out of state to AZ so no, couldn't be anyone we knew. We know no one out here yet. On two occasions, we seen hit and runs in the parking lots. From fellow renters. Thankfully not our cars. These apartments are a MESS!!! Disgusting and sketch as hell. If you have kids, steer clear. Will be leaving ASAP. I will say though, billy, one of the maintenance guys, who helped way back a few months was so nice and helpful. Only nice thing I've experienced about this place. If i could give zero stars, I would. Not even one star is worthy enough.
