  • I lived in this complex for 4 years. The apartment flooded TWICE while I lived there. When I moved out they kept my deposit for damaged carpet. I was so mad and disappointed. I brought it up with them and they stated 'the carpet cleaners didn't make a note about it'. Why would it be the carpet cleaners responsibility??? That doesn't make any sense. They knew they were ripping me off. And on top of that, I had paid them the extra money to clean the apartment. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! I am glad that I don't live there anymore, but sad I paid rent to such nasty people for so long. Maybe they should get new management.
