rev:text	I hate to give a low rating but this is truly an honest review of my experience at Bacchanal. We went on a Saturday for dinner! The most horrendous thing from my experience was that the line to the carving station during our 2 hours there was all the way around to the Italian food section, wth!!!! My husband stood for 40 minutes in line trying to get his meat!!! (he is not a seafood person). Why would they only have 1 person carving variety of items (and the only meat stuff!!!).... I was appalled that the management didn't do anything about this.. Especially on a Saturday dinner service??!!! seriously, during the 2 hours that we were there, the line was horrendous, ridiculous! (we lined up outside, then we lined up inside too???!!!). They have a taco station, made to order (meat), but in my neck of the wood, tacos are $1 each, why would I want that at a buffet that cost me $60/perso+ tax+tip?!!!! The bone marrow and the lamb chops (not rack of lamb) were all extremely dry (overcooked because sitting under the heat lamb and lots of people couldn't have access to them because they were covered by people lining up!), and they also lacked of flavor. The meat from the carving station (when finally we got them after queue-ing forever!!!) was not worth the hassle! The prime rib was medium well (probably sitting too long), the brisket was bland, the sausage was good though a tad dry as well. The only few savory food that worth being complimented: The mushroom and truffle pizza, Chicken wing stuffed with pork (chinese station), and Salmon. They only had Snow crab legs that were very very salty, and the stone crab claws (these tasted better than the snow crab, but harder to eat, because you had to crack them yourself!) There was no king crab leg when we were there, they had some cooked in the cioppino that tasted extremely salty and I couldn't even eat it.. yuck! The singaporean laksa was flavorful but again, a tad too salty and the noodles were not right!!!! (they used udon noodles, wth!). Thankfully, the dessert was reasonably good, although, the much-raved-about made-to-order crepe was more like a pancake than crepe! (too thick, very thick!). I've been to several other Buffet in Vegas, I would choose the Bellagio and the Wynn buffet over this one! Sorry!!!!
