  • This company is a joke. If your air conditioner goes out or has issues, DO NOT LET YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY ASSIGN YOU THIS COMPANY. They are rude, lazy, non-responsive and really don't care that your family has to deal with an overheated house. Probably the worst customer service experience we have ever had since moving to PHX over 5 years ago. Our A/C went out weeks ago, the have dropped the ball on so many details that we now have to start over "because the job is now too big for them." Total disrespect from start to finish.
