  • I can't speak highly enough about Alex and the Ideal Energy team. Since purchasing our home 2 years ago we've had many crews come out to work on our home for various projects and hands down Ideal Energy tops them all. The attention to detail and thoroughness truly is superb and makes a huge difference. The measures taken for cleanliness and cleanup is just one of those things where detail comes in. But most importantly the scope of the work and implementation of the project was exactly what I was looking for. Analytical in nature, I waffled back and forth on who should win our business but Alex's patience, willingness to answer questions, and involvement is what sold me. You get what you pay for and I couldn't have asked for more. I had what I feel was a complex project involving many components and it all came together nicely...I'm sure I will appreciate it even more come summer when it is 115 degrees out. The report(s) and documentation provided of the work done and diagnosis speaks volume of the pride and confidence they take in their work. I felt comfortable working with Alex and the project manager Chris and would encourage everyone to take their time and do the homework. Bigger isn't always better and Ideal Energy gives you the attention you deserve.
