  • Not only did Michael help me purchase my first flip property; but he helped me locate a partner who financed 100% of the purchase so I could use my capital for the remodel process. As soon as we finished up an extensive remodel to a home built in the 1950s, I turned to Michael to list my property. I knew that I was asking a lot for the home; but I could afford to be patient. Michael was great at helping coordinate showings and helping understand the offers that came in. When we finally decided on the right offer (which was at our full asking price), Michael was able to negotiate a longer close to allow time for me to move and my son to finish out all but the last few weeks of the school year without a major disruption. We were able to close the deal despite the appraisal coming in a bit low and Michael was able to negotiate to get the buyer to come up significantly toward our asking price. I will continue to use Michael for my future projects and I definitely recommend Michael and Change Real Estate to anyone looking for a serious professional.
