  • Very bad experience today. In addition to being out of 1/2 of their menu (waiting for a shipment) the staff was overwhelmed which turned into being super unfriendly. The woman who took our order treated us like she didn't want us to be there. Order process took 15 minutes-and that was with a few people leaving ahead of us. It took another 20 minutes to actually get our ice cream. $20 for 3 scoops. I also saw multiple health code violations ranging from unsanitary to safety (pregnant employee having to step over safety floor mats that were bunched all over the floor. Super bad experience.
