  • Sam did a wonderful job on my nails....I ask to see him again and he tells me to make an appointment so I do and show up 10 minutes early to be told he's not here and the reason being because Father's Day was YESTERDAY....They were rude and awkward about the whole situation....customers are staring at me. Very unprofessional....Sam is a great tech but I wouldn't suggest clearing your schedule to meet him...he is a no show no call. I honestly want to walk out but this is my only day off because I run my own business. So I asked them if I can see somebody else and I'm told they're too busy I will not be back for as expensive as they are this is ridiculous.
