  • TERRIBLE.... I had an appt. with Dr. Von Tobel (new patient) and after the 2 week wait, I went to the Maryland Parkway location, signed in (had already filled out my paperwork) then waited 1 1/2 hours, during which I watched people arriving after me get called, see the Dr. and leave. I asked at the desk what time I would be called and I was told "Dr. Von Tobel is no longer taking new patients and when I get home I should call for a different Dr. and new appt. date/time. So I did, I went home and called HealthCare Partners and had an appt. in 4 days.
