  • I really liked this small, cute little shop, with friendly chocolatiers offering samples and showing off their interesting creations. It's great that it's local, organic, fair-trade, and besides that, the chocolate is super yummy. Being an out-of-towner, I had to try the more creative and exotic things they had, so I had the Quebec blue cheese cream, and a rosemary chocolate. Unfortunately I had them in the wrong order - I should have eaten the more delicate rosemary one before the more pungent blue cheese. But the chocolate was smooth and delicious. Mmm
