  • We had the same great experience as everyone else. Paul, the owner, is a hardworking professional. I called several carpet cleaners a couple weeks before Christmas and either they were too busy, too expensive or just didn't return my call. Paul was so accommodating on the phone I was kind of waiting for the other shoe to drop. But, he came exactly on time, exact bid he quoted and did above and beyond what we had asked. We had dog odors and not only are they gone but we couldn't be how much regular dirt he removed from the carpet! Nice to see such a conscientious, hardworking guy!
