| - Daughter had outpatient surgery, and I honestly don't know how this staff could've been nicer. They were fantastic with my little drama queen. Daughter is deathly afraid of needles, and they were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They made a point of learning her, my, and her father's name. The staff patiently addressed her numerous questions, and reassured her at every opportunity she would "pull through" (it was only ankle surgery).
Her room was immaculate, fairly spacious, and comfortable. They kept track of Daughter's own personal wheelchair we brought. and checked to make sure it was adjusted and working properly.
We (her father and I) were able to track her on overhead t.v. monitors at all times. Immediately afterward, the surgeon, Dr. Macalus Hogan, came out to discuss Daughter's surgery privately with her father and I.
I would highly recommend this facility.
