It took a while to find someone to respond to a non critical electrical problem. Turn it On Electric were one of the few companies that actually answered the phone, and I made an appointment 9 days later. I continued to attempt to find someone without luck, must have been a busy day. I then got a call 3 days later, and Pedro was available to come round that afternoon.
He started at the main panel to make sure there was nothing wrong there. While I was pretty sure power was leaving the panel, he quickly confirmed it. He then went round the outlets and found some strange readings. The Neutral line was giving the wrong reading. He then tested all the outlets not working, and found the problem. A changed plug about 6 years ago had left the ground a little loose, and it had eventually moved enough to cause problems.
Pedro quickly resolved the issue and was on his way.
I was very pleased with the thoroughness of his analysis, and the final result.
