  • *Thumbs up* This was my first tapas dining experience in Vegas, and I enjoyed just about every dish ordered. Highlights were the raspberry tuna skewer, yellowtail crudo, octopus, lobster saffron, and the rabo del toro (oxtail). *Thumbs down* Like anything in Vegas, especially on the Strip within a high-end hotel, it's expensive. You don't get initial sticker shock like with a $100 wagyu from a steakhouse, but the $10-15 per tapas dish quickly adds up in the end.
