  • I used to love this place and rave about it but I will never go there again. I will save you the time of having to read the full play by play of my last two experiences there, but suffice it to say that it was a deal breaker. I'd complained about the food, and the manager came out NOT to apologize or ask how she could fix it, but to get in my face about it and tell me that I was actually wrong because that is "how the dish is" (?). A dish I have probably eaten there over a dozen times. There are a couple of good servers but the service has always been average overall, but I forgave it because the food was good. But now that the food has also gone downhill, I am done. I have two other bagels spots nearby that are now better food and better service by comparison.
