  • I have had my windows for 3 years. A year ago a few of the windows began to leak. I called KJ out to look at and was told this was normal by one of their employees to cover his hide. I was very frustrated and went to the manufacture who in turn contacted the owner. Come to find out the management of KJ never knew about the issues I was having because of a bad apple in their ranks. Once the owner Darrin and manager Cody found out they went into high gear to evaluate, understand and come up with a game plan to fix the issues. One window even had to be removed and replaced. They covered all of the paint and other items which they repaired and made sure they left the site better than how they had found it. They went the extra mile with repairing the issues and making sure I was totally satisfied and would only leave them a glowing recommendation. Three months ago this would have been an ugly review and one star because of one bad apple. Thankfully they stood behind their work which is a rare commodity these days. I highly recommend them from the original work and especially how they stepped up to fix a three year old issue.
