  • So I called to set up installation for there new bundle package only to be told that I have an outstanding bill from 2005 for $700. It is at an address that I lived at with an old roommate and the service began shortly after I moved out. They said it was for 5 months of service and that the bill had never been paid. What company does this? Why was the service not terminated after the first month? They said I have to prove that I didn't live at that address, I had just told them I did live there! How do I prove I had internet, tv, and phone service during that time elsewhere? Who keeps bills lying around from 7 years ago? The customer service agent wasn't helpful by being rude and they have continued to call my cell phone, while I am at work, to set up payment. Outstanding!
