  • I love PUBLIX!!!! I'm so glad they are finally in the Charlotte metro area. This location is within walking distance from my job. They have the BEST customer service! Everyone speaks in every department or at least smiles and acknowledges your presences. I feel like this is the Cheers of grocery stores. Ms. Karen is so sweet and nice and Ms. Eula is always so friendly! A few times a month myself and my coworkers will walk over for lunch, which outstanding!!!! The deli has so many great options from the Hot bar(Asian bar), Salad Bar, Sub station, and the prepared meals. Quality is the number goal here and its reflected everywhere in store. I also love their online ordering service. The bakers and pastry chefs are the too good at what they do! I hate cutting the cakes that they make because they are sooooo beautiful but the taste and freshness makes my quickly forget. I love shopping here!!
