  • What a horrible experience! I paid extra for my two dogs to stay in the executive suite which also was supposed to buy them 3 extra 20 minute play times in addition to the times they're supposed to let out. every time I've looked at the dogs they were in the room panting or crying. When I called and checked on them they said oh they're going out now and I timed it and they were out for four minutes. Granted it is hot, but four minutes is not enough time for a dog to do their business. They also didn't get any group play which is one of the main reasons why brought them there. My fur babies are love bugs and not one time did I see any of the staff interact with them physically. Every time they were going to room to get them they would just walk in and walk out no love no pets nothing. I was supposed to pick them up Monday evening it was so distraught over the weekend on what I saw on Camera that I had my dog walker pick them up Monday morning and meet me at the house. I will never stay or recommend this place! Don't take your Dogs to Per Paradise near the Airport!!!
