  • Definitely don't recommend this company. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They were apart of the Halloween event put on by the YMCA this year. It was a wonderful event but this company and its employees were outrageous. As the night was coming to a close, they stopped letting parents ride. It was understandable but they made the decision out of nowhere and after I waited on line for 1 hour to get my 2 year old son on the truck. He wouldn't be able to ride and the employees didn't care. They were ready to clock out. The employees were in such a rush that I heard them saying they would stick on as many kids as possible just to get it over with, though the limit was 12. Needless to say, it was an unsafe and awful experience that negatively impacted my kids. I would certainly not recommend them for your event.
