I have re-rate this place and it's based on cleanliness. Let me say I didn't notice this on my first visit, and my polish looks great. The nail tech was ok, pleasant and did her job. No frills, no conversation and NOT CLEANING THEIR TOOLS! As I sat there getting my polish changed, I watched 2 nail techs "wipe" off their tools with a paper towel and 1 rinsed hers off with water while I washing washing my hands.
I questioned if they use an "autoclave" and she stated yes, empathetically and continued to say his they use "new" scrubbers every time for someone's heel, it can't be true due to the "deep intentions" on the pumice stones (that shows a ton of use). I'm sure the state health department would not approve of there methods.
If you go here, you risk the chance of infection, but you could ask them to clean there tools while you wait & watch. Be careful & be safe.
