  • We celebrated my husband's birthday at the Encore Tower Suites. It was a divine experience -- the amenities, the resort staff, the spa/pool -- were incredible. What we appreciated most about Encore was the atmosphere: warm and personal and exquisitely attuned to detail -- so unlike the hurried and intense styles of other Vegas establishments (places that very quickly left me overwhelmed and confused). From the moment we checked in, everyone at the hotel -- from the concierge to the housekeeping staff to the bar tenders and the casino staff -- made us feel special.
