  • Dont waste your time. This place is a joke. I signed up for the unlimited monthly haircut. Was told to bring in clients for the monthly service, and would receive a free month for each client. Brought in a client ,They changed their policy one week later.Never received anything . cancelled both my partners and i account due to the disrespectful nature of shop manager Mari. She laughed in my face and treated me like i was a nobody. Called twice left messages for owner, never received a call back. A little note to the owners; Retrain your stylists. They are rude, and un welcoming . i have never been greeted out of the 5 times i have been there. They talk about inappropriate subjects while customers are there. No sense of urgency. Also your"manager" comes in practically in her pajamas with no make up and hair not done. I would never let someone cut my hair whom resembled the crypt keeper. Am sad to go because Jesse was the best stylist i have found since moving to phoenix. However i will not let a business hold a monthly agreement with me and treat me like dirt.
